TROOPS FOR OVERSEAS GRANT WITH LEAVE " (for Press Association.) WELDING-TON, this day. In addition to a fortnight’s leave, each memfoer of the first echelon of the Special Force, who will be proceeding overseas, is to be granted an allowance of £3. The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, states that it will be paid prior do the men going on.leave.
