MATERIALS OFFERED, AUSTRALIAN SUPPLY DOMINION BUILDING FINANCE CONDITIONS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Dec. G, 2.20 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 6. The secretary of the New South Wales Chamber of Manufacturers, Mr. J. W. Hendry, said that Australian manufacturers could supply materials for the New Zealand Government’s housing scheme. Mr. Hendry was commenting on the statement by the New Zealand Minister, Mr. H. T. Armstrong, that builders in New Zealand were having difficulty in obtaining materials. He added: “If the New Zealand Government adopts satisfactory financial arrangements, Australian manufacturers will supply her. They cannot do so under the existing arrangements.’’
