BERLIN DRUNKS
BERLIN, Nov. 1. Drinkers will be lccpl in protective custody overnight from now on. it was announced to-day. as part of intensified air raid precautions. it was believed that the order was issued to protect drunks from being run over by motor ears in the darkened streets.
