ON NEW FRONT
HINTS FROM BERLIN FRESH NAZI ATTACK REPULSE IN THE WEST ANOTHER RAID FAILS (Reed. Dec. 7, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 6. Copenhagen messages slate that all Danish newspapers give prominence to “rumours in well-informed circles in Berlin,” which followed the Voelkischer Beobachter's prophesy claiming that Britain and France may soon be attacked on a new front. A French communique stated last night that the enemy attempted a number of futile raids on the Western Front. Paris reports to-day stated that apparently attempting to verify an Allied battle order, Germans carried out a series of raids. All were repulsed. The Germans left a number of dead.
