POISON GAS CHARGE
HELSINKI DENIAL (Reed. Dec. 4, Noon.) LONDON, Dec. 3. A message from Moscow states that the Soviet press accuses the Finns of using poison gas. A communique issued in Helsinki denies the Russian allegations. It is stated that the Government of Finland is ready to allow an exhaustive neutral inquiry.
