Margaret W., Auckland, December 7. Kopara, Auckland, December 7. COASTAL TRADE The Kapuni discharged Auckland cargo at Gisborne to-day and sails tonight for Auckland to load again for Gisborne. The Wainui, loading for Gisborne and Napier, was to leave Dunedin today, work Oamaru and Timaru tomorrow, Lyttelton on Wednesday, thence Wellington. She is expected to arrive at Gisborne on December 11. The Totara cleaved Greymouth on Saturday with coal for Gisborne. The steamer is due here to-morrow morning. The Pakura was delayed by rain at Wellington on Saturday and is to leave to-day for Gisborne. She should arrive here on Wednesday and sail the same day for Napier and Wellington. The Kopara Doads at Portland today and at Auckland to-morrow for Coast bays. Gisborne and Napier. The vessel is to discharge here on Thursday. The Margaret W. loads at Auckland eio-day and to-morrow for Tokomaru Bay, Tolaga Bay and Gisborne, beingdue here on Thursday. The scow Altaic was to leave Auckland on Saturday morning for Gisborne with a shipment of benzine in drums. OYSTER TRAWLER The construction of the first trawler specifically designed for oysterdredging in the Foveaux Strait beds is shortly to be undertaken at Auckland at the yards of Shipbuilders, Limited. A single-screw steamer. 70ft. overall, the trawler -will operate from Bluff for Stewart Island Canneries, Limited.
