SALE IN MORRINSVILLE Bidding for all classes of fat cattle was keen at the Morrinsvitle stock sale on Friday, and prices remained firm on recent quotations. There were medium vardings of ox and heifer beef. Values for well-grown yearling heifers showed an increase on recent sales. A small yarding of fat sheep came forward and met steady competition at unchanged values. Sheep.—Light fat wethers, 18s 6d to 20s 6d; fat ewes, 13s to 15’s 3d; fat lambs, 21s to 235. Cattle. Fat Jersey-cross steers, £lO 4s; prime Polled Angus heifers, £9 3s.
