“'1 do not know that we shrill 'be able to do much in the decoration rtf Napier this year because the importation of coloured lamps is restricted,” commented Mr. H. Hastie, borough electrician, at a meeting of the Napier City Council, referring to a letter from the Napier Retailers’ Association regarding a Christmas decorative scheme for Napier.
