IMPROVE RELATIONS HUNGARIAN NEIGHBOURS (Reed. Nov. 30, 2.50 p.m;) BUCHAREST, Nov. 29. The Rumanian Foreign Minister, M. Gafencu, addressing fne Foreign .Affairs Committee, emphasised the justice of the Trianon Treaty governing Hungarian-Rumanian relations. He said it was time that Hungary recognised this and added that Rumania had striven to reach an understanding and had improved the welfare of the Hungarian minority.
