RETIRING SECRETARY DAIRY BOARD EXECUTIVE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. High tribute to Mr. T. C. Brash, who recently retired from the positions of secretary and chief executive officer of the New Zealand Dairy Board after 50 years’ association with the dairying industry, was paid at the Dominion dairy conference yesterday, when he was presented with an electric clock and- a pair of brushes on behalf of the delegates.
