LIGHTER OFFERING FIRST APPRAISAL (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The first Dunedin wool appraisement will begin on December 111. Probably 20.000 bales will be available. The Otago clip will be lighter in condition than usual, with substantial reduction in quantity due to sheep losses during the severe winter. VALUING AT WELLINGTON (Per Press Association.) ■ WELLINGTON, this day. The appraisement of wool in Wellington began to-day, when 21,000 bales are being dealt with.
