ADVICE TO CZECHS ALL EFFORTS SHORTLY (Reed. Nov. 29, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 28. During a speech to-day the Czech Minister to London, M. Jan Masaryk, denied Nazi charges that he and other Czechs in London were fomenting revolution in Czechoslovakia.

He said that the opposite was true. Czechoslovakia was being advised to bide the time. All her efforts would be needed shortly.
