NAVY OF AMERICA EXTRA SUBMARINES (Reed. Nov. 29, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 28. The Manila correspondent of the United Press of America states that a further move in support of the American policy in the Far East is seen in the announcement made by Admiral Thomas Hart, the commander of the United States Asiatic fleet, that six additional submarines are arriving this week. Additional warships and planes have been arriving quietly for two months.
