AIR SERVICE PLANS (Reed. Nov. 28. 3 0.m.) TOICIO, Nov. 27. The Japanese Foreign Office announces the signing of an agreement with Siam for a regular air service to Japan. This is indicative of efforts to replace the dominant Anglo-French influence in Siam.
