DEATH AT SIXTY-EIGHT
GENERAL SIR T. BRIDGES (Reed. Nov. 28. 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 26. The death has occurred of General oil- Tom Bridges, aged 68. He was Governor of South Australia from 1922 in 1927. Her served in the South African and Great Wars. He was wounded three times and mentioned in despatches seven times. He headed military missions to Belgium, United States and the Orient, and served as military attache at The Hague, Brussels. Copenhagen and Christiania.
