GERMANS ADMIT LOSS
SCUTTLING OF LINER

According to Berlin advices, the German news agency admits the loss ol the 8500-ton German liner, Adolph Woermann, which was scuttled by her crew in the South Atlantic in order to avoid capture by a pursuing British warship.
