TRUTH WILL OUT
GERMAN LYING TALES SINKING OF ATHENIA (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 22. Questioned in the House of Commons about the lying tales concerning the sinking of the Athcnia being circulated by Nazi agents in letters posted in neutral countries, the Parliamentary Secretary of the Admiralty, Mr. G. 11. Shakespeare, said these stories were so obviously false that he thought the truth could safely be left to find its own acceptance.
