ONTARIO MINISTER TORONTO, Oct. 23. The man who handled millions in public works for Ontario. Mr. Colin Campbell is digging trenches to-day. He is Second Lieutenant Colin' Campbell and in the army now. Clad in khaki drill fatigue dress, Ontario’s Minister of Public Works attended lectures during the morning and learned the theory of laying a trench system. Then he shouldered a pick and shovel and got a bit of practical knowledge outside. Given leave of absence “for the duration," he is attached to the Engineers.
