RETURN TO SLOVAKIA
POLISH ANNEXED AREA (Rccd. Nov. 22, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. It is reported from Berlin that the German Foreign Minister, Herr Von Ribbentrop and the Slovak Minister have signed a treaty by which Germany restores to Slovakia the territory annexed by Poland in 1920 and in 1938 including Teschen.
