THE WESTERN FRONT QUIET NIGHT SPENT (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 12 noon RUGBY, Nov. 22. A French official communique states: "There was nothing of importance to report on the Western Front during the night.” The Berlin radio announces re stricted artillery activity at some rffaces on the Western Front. The German radio also reports reconnaissance flights over Britain yesterday as far as Scapa Flow and that other planes flew over southern France.
