FIRST IN MEMORY LOW RUMBLE HEARD (Reed. Nov. 21, 2.15 u.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 21. Reports from Newcastle state that the first earth tremors in the Newcastle district within living memory were felt in areas along the coastline from Newcastle to Swansea yesterday evening.
