REDUCEeTaCTIVITY CONTACTS BY PATROLS BERLIN TELLS OF STORM AIR SURVEY FLIGHTS (Reed. Nov. 21, 2.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 20. A Paris message states that air raid warnings were sounded in the Rhone Valley. The all-clear signal was given an hour later. A communique issued in Paris states that reduced activity was experienced to-day on the Western Front. There were some patrol contacts and artillery fire. The Secretary of State for War, Mr. L. Hore-Belisha. has concluded his visit to the Western Front. He returned by air from France. The official Berlin news agency says that a severe storm kept the troops busy clearing up debris, but the weather did not prevent planes making reconnaissances over France. All returned. The German agency admits that Allied machines penetrated the border districts of Germany.
