LONDON TALKS PENDING (Elec. Tel. Copyright—TTnitfld Pross Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 22, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. Commercial negotiations between England and Denmark will begin in London next week. Trade negotiations between Germany and Denmark will open in Copenhagen to-day to fix the quantities of goods to be exchanged in 1940.
