BRITISH TRADE RETURNS BUREAUCRATIC CONTROL (Woe. TVi. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 20, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 19. Exports, however, show a staggering decline compared with October of last year and re-exports were similarly affected. The Manchester Guardian considers that the figures provide the strongest possible argument for cutting clean through the bureaucratic and other obstacles now hampering exports.
