(Klee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 20, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 18.
The Capetown correspondent of The Times 'states that the identity of the German raider which sank the British tanker, Africa Shell, in Portuguese East African waters, has been definitely established as the German “pocket” battleship Admiral Scheer.
