SALE BEYOND BRITAIN LORD ESSENDON'S JOB (Reed. ,Nov. 17, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 16. Lord Essendon has joined the Ministry of Supply as chairman of the committee for the sale of wool abroad, tie will be responsible for the disposal of Britain's purchases of Empire wool which are not shipped to England.
