INSURANCE COVER UNDERWRITERS' TERMS (Reed. Nov. 17, 9 a.m.) ■LONDON, Nov. 17. The Times says that industrialists, throughout the country wish to insure against an early finish to the war. They are becoming increasingly anxious over the greatly-expanded order lists due to war-time needs. Underwriters have been inundatec with inquiries and it is understood they are quoting 10 per cent full coverage against peace before December 31, and 20 per cent against peace before January 31, 1940, with an additional 10 oer cent for each month up to June, 1940.
