RUATORIA NEWS

(Herald Correspondent.) Next week an entertainment and dance will be given in the Gaiety Theatre. Ruatoria, to raise funds to send the well-known Hiruharama Native School Choir to the Exhibition. While in Wellington they will broadcast and sing in the Maori court at the Exhibition. They will also record some of their English songs and Maori waiatas. An added attraction at the concert will be the reappearance of Mrs. C. K. Williams, who has not sung in public for some time. Mrs. Williams will be remembered for her delightful broadcasting of Maori songs some time ago.
