MOTUROA OIL FIELDS, LTD. Moturoa Oil Fields, Limited, has advised the Stock Exchange Association that at a meeting of directors on November 3, it was resolved that a recommendation be made to shareholders to pay a dividend on that amount paid up on the preference shares for the year ended August 31, 1938, at the rate of 6 per cent per annum and that payment of the present dividend for the year ended August 31, 1939, be deferred meantime and that no dividend be paid on the ordinary shares.
