BRITISH CABINET SERIES OF LUNCHES (Reed. Nov. 17, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 16. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir John Simon, is to be the guest of honour of the National Defence Public Interest Committee on November 29 at the first of a series of war-time lunches to enable members of the Government to meet representative members of the public.
