BALKAN PEACE FRONT
RUMANIAN PROPOSAL TURKEY CONSIDERING (Reed, Nov. 17, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 10. The Istanbul correspondent of the Daily Herald says that Turkey is considernig the Rumanian proposals that the Balkan Entente Powers, namely Rumania, Turkey, Greece and Yugoslavia, should invite Italy, Hungary and Bulgaria to join them in a “Balkan peace front.”
