NEGOTIATION EXPECTED
NON-AGGRESSION PACTS

The Exchange Telegraph Company's Budapest correspondent says that reports from Instanbul _ state that Turkish and Italian negotiations will begin soon.
Italy Is reported to be endeavouring to arrange separate non-aggres-sion oacts with Turkey and Greece. The Turkish Foreign Minister, Saracoglu Bey, is expected to mediate between Bulgaria and Rumania, a settlement of whose differences is imminent.
