AID OF THE STATE LABOUR CONDITIONS (Reed. Nov. IG, 9 a.m.) ROME, Nov. 15. With the object of increasing wartime productivity, Italy is assisting manufacturers to penetrate .foreign markets. Restrictions on the length of th<j working week have been suspended. An increase of one per cent in wages has been fixed and overtime is to be paid for time between 40 and 48 hours, with an increase of 15 per cent over 48 hours. Family allowances have also been increased. ,
