Zaleski, accompanied bv the Polish Chief of Staff and the Secretary to the Polish Foreign Ministryarrived by air to-dav and visited Mr. Neville Chamberlain and Viscount Halifax. General Sikorski said: I am full of confidence thaT victory is sure. Victory will bring back Poland to life as it was before.” The Polish visitors were the guests of Mr. Chamberlain at an official dinner to-night and to-morrow General Sikorski and M. Zaleski are to lunch with the King and Queen at Buckingham Palace.
