COASTAL TRADE The Kopara arrived at Gisborne this morning from Auckland to discharge general cargo. The ship sails this afternoon for Waikokopu and Napier, thence Coast bays, Portland and Auckland. The Pukeko is expected to load at Lyttelton to-morrow and complete at Wellington on Saturday for Napier, Waikokopu, Gisborne and the Coast. The Pakura arrives at Gisborne tomorrow from Portland, via the Coast. After unloading cement at Gisborne the vessel proceeds to Napier. The Margaret W. arrived at Gisborne this morning from Auckland. The ship omitted her calls at Tokomaru Bay and Tolaga Bay on the run south and she is to work the Coast bays on the way back to Auckland to-morrow.
The Wainui is expected to leave Wellington to-morrow for Bluff. The vessel is to load next week at South Island ports for Gisborne and Napier, leaving Bluff on Monday, Dunedin on Tuesday, Oamaru and Timaru on Wednesday, and Lyttelton on Thursday, thence Wellington. The vessel is due at Gisborne on November 27.
