LABOUR CABINET

REPLY TO MR. HAMILTON (Pi’V Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. In reply to a complaint by the Leader of the Opposition, the Hon. Adam Hamilton, that he has received no co-operation from the Government since the Opposition offered its aid in the prosecution of the war, the Hon. W. E. Barnard, M.P., said: “Mr. Hamilton seems to resent the fact that he and his colleagues have not been called into the councils of the Cabinet. The Government has a number of young, able men whom it could well include in the Cabinet before it paid heed to .the suggestion implicit in Mr. Hamilton’s final statement.”
