NUFFIELD’S GENEROSITY FURTHER £50,000 GIFT (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 14. The Secretary of State for War. Mr. L. Hore-Belisha revealed ill the House of Commons that Viscount Nuffield, in addition to other great, benefactions already made for the welfare of the lighting forces, had offered a further £50,000 for the men of the three lighting services. By Lord Nuffield’s desire £15,000 Of this sum is to be spent cm providing wireless sets for the forces in France.
