TWO ALREADY MADE SUCCESSFUL TESTS (Reed. Nov. 15, 9 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 14. Steps are being taken to manufacture motor cars in Australia by a company formed in Melbourne. Already two cars, wholly made in Victoria, have undergone successful road tests.
