SCHOOL FOR BURMANS (British Offlditl Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY. Nov. 13. The Government of Burma has sanctioned tlie establishment of an air centre at Mingaladon aerodrome to provide facilities for the training of young Burmans in flying.
