SELECTION OF SITES DROMES AND WORKSHOPS DIFFICULTIES SOLVED (Reed. Lav. 14, 2.50 p.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 13. The Canadian Government announces that practical work under the Empire and training scheme is proceeding. The Transport Department is selecting and surveying aerodrome sites, hangars and workshops which will be erected during the winter. The financial difficulties of the air scheme relating to the obligations of the participants and the availability of dollar exchange are apparently being solved. A general conference will be possible to-morrow.. Air Chief Marshal, Sir Robert Brooke-Popham, one of the British delegates, has arrived.
