WEST INDIES AREAS AMERICAN OPINION (Received Nov. 13, 12 noon) NEW YORK. Nov. 12. A survey conducted by the American Institute of Public Opinion revealed that 6G per cent of Americans approached are in favour of the exchange of British and French possessions in the West Indies for the Great War debts.
A bill is to be introduced by Representative Havenner authorising negotiations for the cession of Jamaica, Trinidad, Guadeloupe, Barbadoes and Bahamas.
