PARIS POLISH DECREE
(Eire. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reel. Nov. 13, 9 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 11. A Presidential decree has dissolved the Polish Parliament, which contained no ircpresentatives of the Opposition. , A Polish Embassy communique states that Parliament had not expressed the national feeling and had not considered modifications of flic electoral law.
