AID FOR REFUGEES BRITISH CONTRIBUTION (British, Official Wireless.) Recu. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 11. The Polish Minister of Social Welfare returns to Paris from London to-day. He expressed to the Foreign Secretary, ViscounU Halifax, thanks for the British Government's contribution of £IOO,OOO tor Polish refugee relief and also expressed gratitude to the people for their generous help.
