THREE-POWER TREATY
RATIFICATION PENDING MUTUAL TRUST BASIS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.20 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 9. It is expected that the instruments of ratification of Anglo-French-Tur-kish treaty will be formally exchanged to-day between London and Ankara. The Turkish Foreign Minister, Saracogiu Bey, told the Turkish Assembly that the treaty was not due to the recent crisis only, but was a natural consequence of a long series of events which led Britain, France and Turkey to co-operate and to trust one another. Referring to the second protocol, Saracoglu Bev said it showed Turkey’s friendly feelings toward Russia.
