HON. DAVID WILSON FIRST CABINET MEETING (Special to the Herald.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Hon. David Wilson attended his first Cabinet meeting to-day. Though Minister without portfolio, he will give assistance to his Cabinet colleagues in the same way as his predecessor, the Hon. Mark Fagan, who was cioselv associated with some phases of the work of the Minister of Finance. Mr. Wilson lias resigned his position as national secretary of the Labour Party. His former assistant, Mr. M. Moohen, is acting secretary.
