OCCUPANTS UNINJURED

PLANE FORCED DOWN ACTION OF JAPANESE (Reed. Nov. 10, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 9. A Hong Kong message states that the Imperial Airways liner Dardanus, which was yesterday reported to have been forced to land, carried three passengers and two of a crew. All are reported as uninjured. The Japanese, who compelled the landing, are holding the plane. A message despatched from Hong Kong on Wednesday stated that according to French reports Japanese gunfire forced the Imperial Airways machine Dardanus, piloted by an Australian, Pilot Wilson, to land on the Japanese-occupied island of Waichow, off the south of China. The airliner was en route to French Indo-China from Hong Kong.
