GERMANS ARRESTED

(Reed. Nov. 10, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 9,

The Amsterdam correspondent ot The Times says that the uniform smuggling affair has assumed large proportions. Houses have been searched. It is revealed that a number of Dutch uniforms have been, smuggled to Germany lately.

Four Germans have been arrested on suspicion of purchasing Dutch military dress. One German suspect possessed an aeroplane.
