SCOTTISH CLERGYMAN PRESBYTERIAN ASSEMBLY (Pnr Press Association.) ASHBURTON, this day. The Rev. R'. S. Watson, co-convener of the life and work committee of the Presbyterian Church, has received cabled advice that owing to the prevailing conditions, the Rev. Professor John Baillie. Edinburgh, who was to represent the Church of Scotland at the Centenary Assembly, will be unable to visit New Zealand.
