Sol.tni is suffering from sore from fetlock joints, and is an unlikely run nor in the Cup.
Respirator received a slight knock on Saturday, and was a trifle scratchy in action to-day, but his trainer, Jamieson, is confident that the horse will put up a good race in the Cup.
Beau Vite will return to New Zealand on Wednesday, and is unlikely to come here for the autumn meetings. The New Zealand candidates in minor events at Fleminglon are:— Highweigh and National Steeplechase: Frenehy. Yan Yean Stakes: Crojick. Acceptors for the Oaks Stakes are: Border Lass, Erato, Quietly, Benzonia, Divinity, Triode, Snow White, Riviera, Zonda. Wellington Maid, Dreamsome, Climax.
Moon Lady has been scratched fo: the Oaks.
