Gay Chou showed out early, but Rakahanga soon ran past him, with Dark Flight in close attendance, while on reaching the course proper Beaulivrc appeared to be in third place. Disdain also showed up. while Sleeveless was improving her position. Beaulivre shot to the front about two furlongs from home and went on to win with ridiculous ease. Rakahanga tired over the final furlong, and Sleeveless finished strongly to beat Dark Flight bv two length, while Paper Slipper came with a good late run to cut Rakahanga out of fourth place. Skyrena, Globe Trotter mod Strip were next.
